Due to the Book Fair being this week, we are rescheduling the concession stand to next week. Wednesday, March 12.
We would like to remind everyone about the Book Fair this week (3/4-3/7) and the Read Across America Dress-up week. Daily themes have been shared via the district website, email, Facebook, and Seesaw. Uniforms ARE required on Tuesday and Thursday.

Monday, March 3rd is a professional development day for staff. Therefore, students will not be in attendance. Regular schedule will resume on Tuesday, March 4th.
Good evening CES parents. Our 5th-grade has been invited to attend the Black History Program at CHS tomorrow, Friday, 2/28. We will leave CES at 1:30 p.m. and return around 2:50 p.m. We appreciate the invitation and look forward to learning more about our nation's diverse history!
On March 4th, we start the CES Book Fair and Read Across America Week! This means a fun week of reading and dressing up as some of our favorite book themes! We are looking forward to a fun time celebrating our love of books!!
The 3rd, 4th, & 5th grades will be participating in a spelling bee! It's been quite a while since we have done this, and we are so excited! Please encourage your child to participate. See the attachment for more information.
Good morning! The information for the CES Preschool/Kindergarten Round-up for the 2025-26 School Year is attached. It will begin on March 5th and continue through March 21st. Spots are limited. Please share this information with anyone with a preschool or kindergarten-aged child.
Due to continued icy road conditions, Caruthersville School District will not be in session tomorrow, February 21. This will be AMI day 5.
