College & Careers
Caruthersville Public Schools is dedicated to the education and to the quality of life for the residents of our district. In the fall of 2010, College and Career Readiness [CACR] was established by Superintendent J. J. Bullington. The purpose of College and Career Readiness is to provide curriculum-based workforce readiness and leadership in education. In accordance with the State of Missouri Learning Standards, we are committed to providing our students with rigorous instruction – relevant to the real world – reflecting the knowledge and skills that our young people need for success in College and future Careers. As a result, all Caruthersville High School students will be prepared to pursue advanced education; enter into the military; or directly into the workforce upon graduation with opportunities for career advancement in his/her chosen career.
