Caruthersville Elementary preschool and kindergarten enrollment for the 2026-2027 school year is open.

For Preschool enrollment, a child must be 4 years of age by July 31, 2026 and fully potty trained. Preschool has limited spots available, therefore enrollment is necessary to ensure your child’s placement.

Parents must bring the following items at the time of enrollment:

• Child’s birth certificate

• Social Security Number

• Up-to-date shot records

• Home, work and emergency phone numbers

• Proof of residency (documentation with current address, such as: rent receipt or utility bill.)

• Enrollment form. This can be found at the bottom of this page or can be filled out in the counselor’s office at the time of enrollment.

Your child will be assigned a screening time at the time of enrollment. Failure to bring all required items and/or failure to show up for the scheduled screening will result in your child losing his/her spot in enrollment.

For Kindergarten Enrollment, a child must be 5 years of age by July 31, 2026 and fully potty trained. Parents must bring all the items listed above. Kindergarten screenings will be scheduled for a later date.
